Unsettled Babies
Looking after our babies who cry and fuss can be really hard. There are so many reasons why babies may cry and fuss and parents can often feel lost about what to do.
We use a holistic approach to help manage crying, fussing and unsettled babies.
During an appointment we will explore what difficulties you are having, perform an examination of your baby if needed to exclude medical causes and discuss approaches that might be helpful in managing this challenging period.
These appointments are suitable for babies up to 6 months of age.

Fees for Unsettled Baby Consultations
- You do not require a referral.
- All appointments are privately billed.
- If you have a Medicare card you will receive a rebate for all in clinic services.
- Group sessions do not attract a medicare rebate.
- If you are eligible for the extended Medicare safety net for the calendar year, your out of pocket expenses will be much lower – approximately $15-$20
- At times, short follow up appointments are appropriate and these will be billed at reduced rates.
